Ruth Blencoe Memorial Award

This scholarship is provided by CFNO – Ruth Blencoe Memorial Award and is available to students attending VSS. The criteria for applying for the award is a student who demonstrates an interest and talent in the arts, including but not limited to visual arts, painting, photography, sculpture, music, drama etc., financial need, and the intention to pursue their interest in the arts at the post-secondary level.
